Villa Sevilla was an incredible place to stay — peaceful, stylish, and perfectly located in Zona Romántica, one of Puerto Vallarta’s most vibrant and walkable areas. It’s right next to The Lookout Bar, which has some of the best views in the city, and just steps away from Casa Cupula, a popular destination in the area.
The villa itself is beautifully designed, with lush jungle surroundings, panoramic views of the mountains and ocean, and a relaxing open-air vibe. The space was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed — full kitchen, two pools, lounge areas, and 24/7 access....

This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Every room has its own bathroom. It was private yet less than a 10 minute walk to town and less than 15 from the beach.
ALEXANDER was an incredible host. Very kind, very helpful. More like a friend than a host. Him and His staff are incredibly LGBTQ friendly and non-judgmental.

I cannot enough about this house, staff and Alexander. The house was absolutely stunning, unique and very well decorated. The staff was outstanding, helpful and helped us out at every opportunity. f you are looking for a beautiful villa walkable to zona romantica, this is the place. It has private quarters for large groups. Beyond this, the best thing about this villa was Alexander and the professionalism that he provides. I’ve been to Mexico countless times, and puerto Vallarta many many times. Finding villas can be hard and seems to be getting more complicated. Alexander literally responds so quickly to every message, it is like working with a hotel. He also provides concierge services, which is super helpful of you want to do a tour.

This has to be the BEST Airbnb experience we have ever had. Highly recommend to anyone, the location is walkable and the house is incredible. It was the perfect encore to our wedding celebration with a big group of friends! We will definitely be back. This is one of the best stays and hosts I've experienced with airbnb in almost a decade. alex is super responsive, hospitable, and accommodating. He was able to give us great recommendations while leveraging his connections in the city.
This stay included small breakfast items, and daily cleanings of the common areas. In addition to the extremely clean space, the artwork is so beautifully and thoughtfully done throughout the entire space.
only a short walk from the beach and Zona romantica, this place is about as perfect as it gets for large groups. If I come back to PV with a large group, I'll definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience staying at Villa Sevilla for a combined Bachelor / Bachelorette party of 14 total people. The property was truly unique - tasteful decorations, beautiful amenities, a wonderful location and an extremely friendly and helpful staff. Alexander was an incredible host who was communicative, friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do in town. We would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone with a large group to stay here.
